The Malco turbo crimper impact is a compact and simple accessory that is designed to work exclusively with impact Driver technology. With this accessory, you can safely and efficiently crimp galvanized round duct and black stove pipe with gauges ranging from 30 to 24 (0.41 to 0.71 mm) and 0.31 to 0.61 mm respectively.

What sets the turbo crimper impact apart is that it does not require any set-up or adjustment. Simply attach the 1/4 inch power groove drive shaft to your cordless or corded impact Driver (minimum 12 volt DC / maximum 7 amp AC) and you're ready to start crimping various sizes, types, and thicknesses of pipe and duct, including spiral ducts.

To use the turbo crimper impact, ensure that the pipe or duct Seam is in the closed position. Begin the crimp by lightly pulling the Driver trigger and angling the tool onto the metal edge. Move the Crimper around the circumference of the pipe in a controlled manner and angle it away from the metal as it approaches the other side of the Seam.
