The HP18KR Hole Punch from Malco is a cost-effective and efficient tool for creating holes in sheet metal and vinyl plastic. It is designed to be faster and easier to use than more expensive and bulkier punches.

This versatile tool can be used to create various types of holes, including rivet or screw fastener holes in metal ductwork and vinyl window extrusions, as well as hog ring holes for attaching signs or bumpers to chain link fences or equipment cages.

The HP18KR comes with a 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) punch and die already installed, as well as a 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) punch and die assembly. Additional punch and die assemblies, such as 3.6, 4.1, and 6.3 mm, can be purchased separately and easily replaced or changed on the job.

To ensure accurate hole placement, the tool is equipped with a stop gauge that allows for throat depth adjustments from 1/4 to 1-1/8 inches (6.4 to 28.6 mm).

The tool itself is made of lightweight, die-cast aluminum for easy handling. The "C" frame head and handles are made of hardened steel with a rust-resistant nickel plating, ensuring durability and a long service life.
